Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end demand and supply planning to ensure accurate forecasts, optimal inventory levels, and strong product availability across all markets and warehouses.
•Drive inventory performance by minimizing out-of-stock risks, improving stock rotation, and effectively managing forced purchases.
•Embed data-driven forecasting and planning processes, continuously improving accuracy, efficiency, and overall performance.
•Manage supplier relationships to secure supply continuity, mitigate risks, and strengthen operational collaboration.
•Lead and develop a team (5 direct, 35 indirect reports), fostering capability building and high performance.
•Act as a key connector across the organization, driving strong internal stakeholder management to align demand, supply, and operational priorities.
•Partner closely with Commercial Operations, Category Management, Strategic Procurement, Logistics, and Pharma Operations.
•Engage with senior leadership across Operations & Supply Chain to align on planning strategies, performance targets, and business priorities.
