Key Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn) to targeted real estate agencies
- Research and identify prospective offices aligned to ideal customer profile
- Maintain consistent daily activity levels to support pipeline targets
- Qualify prospects against agreed criteria before booking meetings
- Book qualified meetings directly into sales calendars
- Ensure accurate capture of prospect context, needs, and intent
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM
- Track outreach activity, responses, and meeting outcomes
- Ensure data quality to support reporting and forecasting
- Work closely with Sales to refine targeting, messaging, and qualification standards
