Key Responsibilities
- Control schedule, scope, budget, risks and dependencies for complex applications and infrastructure projects.
- Collaborate with RAC teams to shape approaches that meet business objectives.
- Anticipate and mitigate delivery risks, embed regulatory requirements, and maintain rigorous documentation.
- Determine resourcing needs, steer day-to-day development of project artefacts.
- Produce clear status reports and Steering Committee presentations.
- Orchestrate engagement, communications, training and go-live activities.
- Inspire project teams and service providers, cultivate strong relationships.
