Key Responsibilities
- Provide interpretation and advice to Leaders regarding HR policies, procedures and processes
- Provide assistance to employees in relation to general HR enquiries
- Review and process people tasks through the HR system (Workday)
- Assist with resolution of employee relations issues, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and grievances
- Manage employee data and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Assist with administration of HR programs and initiatives, such as performance management, training and development, and employee engagement
- Stay informed of changes to employment laws and regulations and ensure compliance
- Collaborate with HR colleagues and other departments to support organisational goals
