Key Responsibilities

•Drive implementation and continuous improvement of project delivery tools, systems and processes
•Develop and implement project delivery methodologies and contracting strategies
•Coordinate internal technical teams and external consultants
•Manage procurement and engagement of project resources
•Identify and manage project risks, constraints and interdependencies
•Conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure delivery against scope, budget and timelines
•Prepare governance-aligned reports and recommendations
•Execute project plans with strong tracking, reporting and control mechanisms
•Lead procurement processes including tender documentation, evaluation and contract award
•Manage consultants, contractors and technical specialists across all phases
•Ensure compliance with Australian standards and regulatory requirements
•Liaise with authorities to obtain approvals and service agreements
•Monitor schedules, risks, scope changes and overall project performance
•Develop and manage project budgets and financial reporting
•Support annual planning and alignment with divisional performance targets
•Ensure strong commercial governance across all project activities
•Build and maintain strong internal and external stakeholder relationships
•Develop and implement stakeholder engagement plans
•Communicate project objectives, progress and outcomes effectively
•Travel to RAC sites across WA as required
