Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensuring the application of strategic execution approach to enable delivery of strategic programs, projects and operational change impacted areas and its business' initiatives.
  • •Enabling Business Engagement process including development of Ideation, Concepts and Business cases.
  • •Effectively developing initial estimates for cost, timelines, benefits and assessing risks, issues, dependencies, business readiness and supporting metrics for agreed changes and implementing action plans to close identified gaps.
  • •Collaborating with Sponsors, Delivery leads, Project Managers and Program Managers to lead effective discovery, scoping and integration to business operations
  • •Enabling ongoing development and improvement of Operational and Project delivery assurance alignment including regulatory and compliance changes and service transition management
  • •Ensuring the implementation of Operational and Project change readiness and impact assessments including advising, preparing, and influencing leaders to support regulatory and compliance changes and transition to operations.
  • •Partnering with peer groups to enable and support business information sharing, scheduling, impact of change, appropriate training, and support through the change lifecycle
  • •Contributing to and supporting the continuous development and improvement of an effective Business Strategy Integration reporting capability
