Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing the accurate, efficient and compliant processing of Accounts Receivable
- Adhering to audit, Tax and RAC’s Corporate responsibilities and requirements
- Implementing a proactive process of continuous improvement, including investigation and remedy of any significant delivery failures and driving efficiencies in service delivery
- Supporting and championing yearly internal and external audits for Accounts Receivable processes and procedures
- Overseeing timely invoicing, customer setup, receipting and customer account reconciliation
- Managing Aged Debtor reporting and execution of debt collection strategies
- Organising the Accounts Receivable monthly close off process and organising the overall Credit Control and Debt Collection processes
- Oversee daily bank receipting across multiple accounts
- Reviewing of Accounts Receivable monthly Control account reconciliation and reviewing of Aging reports for Accounts Receivable (facilitating action where required)
- Leadership – leading, coaching and developing the team to deliver high quality service
