Key Responsibilities

•Design, implement, and operate a consolidated tracking framework covering all technology risk and compliance obligations
•Ensure every obligation has a clear owner, due date, priority, and current status, driving accountability across Technology domain owners
•Provide Chief Technology Officers with structured, insight-led reporting to support decision-making and escalation
•Assess current technology risk management maturity and develop a structured, prioritised uplift roadmap
•Lead identification and implementation of AI and automation opportunities across risk identification, control monitoring, evidence collection, obligation tracking, and reporting
•Maintain oversight of Qantas Airlines' compliance framework obligations including PCI DSS, Privacy, Cyber, and Technology Policy
•Build trusted relationships across Technology, Audit, Cyber, Privacy, and Legal, influencing and driving accountability without direct authority
•Lead and develop a small team of Risk & Compliance Analysts, building capability in risk management, compliance practice, and AI/automation tooling
