Key Responsibilities
- Enhance and support Qantas Loyalty’s campaign design & build process
- Drive a proactive approach to problem solving and optimizing campaign designing
- Facilitate and consult on the overall campaign process for Qantas Frequent Flyer Members and customers
- Perform pre-campaign data analysis, target list extraction, segmentation, campaign build
- Utilize propensity models and determine incremental campaign response rates
- Measure and report campaign effectiveness across multiple channels
- Act as subject matter expert in data and commercials for assigned product/portfolio
- Provide recommendations and campaign solutions to stakeholders with continuous improvement
