Key Responsibilities
- Oversee planning, scheduling and governance of marketing activities and campaigns
- Champion sustainability best practices and working with suppliers for Qantas Group 2030 goals
- Provide platform support and training to marketing teams
- Champion UX, Accessibility, and Brand Guidelines within digital touch points
- Own new initiatives, features and capabilities from inception to rollout across platforms
- Support and troubleshoot campaign builds across all Loyalty Marketing verticals
- Provide training and change management to stakeholders
- Manage marketing operations budget with Finance for forecasting, PO management, reconciliation
- Manage relationships with marketing technology vendors
