Key Responsibilities
- Lead the production support shop lifecycle and drive operational efficiency initiatives across Brisbane Base Maintenance.
- Partner with senior leaders to drive a performance-based culture, championing change, and embedding continuous improvement practices.
- Oversee resource alignment, workload management, and production readiness to ensure timely delivery of customer requirements.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships across Qantas Engineering, CAMO, and external suppliers to ensure seamless operational delivery.
- Ensure compliance with all CASA regulations, Qantas Engineering policies, and workplace health and safety standards.
- Provide strategic leadership in safety, operational performance, and people management across production support functions.
- Lead business improvement initiatives and actively contribute to the Qantas Group's engineering transformation program.
