Key Responsibilities
- Own and deliver the end-to-end digital roadmap for a high-impact SME platform, driving tangible product enhancements and customer experience improvements
- Drive both project delivery and ongoing platform performance, with accountability for stability, financial outcomes and resource management
- Lead the design, planning and delivery of the digital roadmap for the Qantas Business Rewards online booking tool and Business Account
- Identify, scope and implement product enhancements, while assessing customer journey, infrastructure and resourcing impacts
- Manage delivery risks, escalate impediments where required, and work closely with cross-functional technology teams and vendors
- Develop solution options, delivery plans and cost estimates while managing complex interdependencies across systems, people and processes
- Partner with stakeholders across Qantas Loyalty, Technology, Digital and operational teams to deliver projects end-to-end
- Accountable for ongoing platform stability, operational support and financial management, including oversight of contingent labour, contractor management and associated governance
