- Own end‑to‑end new business development across Australia’s corporate market, directly driving revenue growth, market share and yield performance
- Operate at a senior, customer‑facing level, leading commercial negotiations with executive stakeholders across major corporates, industry sectors and TMCs
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to secure new opportunities, focusing on increasing revenue, market share, and yield premium through targeted initiatives
- Build and strengthen strategic relationships across key industry sectors and Travel Management Companies (TMCs)
- Gather, analyse, and share market intelligence on industry trends, competitors, and best practices, translating insights into strategic opportunities
- Lead commercial negotiations, including face-to-face meetings with senior stakeholders across various industries
