Key Responsibilities
- Manage accounts for mainstream optical fiber products in EMEA
- Build and maintain relations with customers
- Represent Prysmian at external customers
- Implement and follow up on contracts
- Contract negotiations
- Prepare and manage customer quotations
- Identify and define new business opportunities
- Develop and execute strategies to increase market share and revenue
- Monitor industry trends, competitive activity, emerging technologies
- Collaborate with internal teams for customer-centric solutions
- Explore new customer segments and regions
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and performance reports
- Support customer service center with requests
- Perform contract review with customer service
- Coordinate and respond to customer claims
- Work with teams to resolve claims expeditiously
- Support preparation of 8D reports
- Develop technical understanding of fiber products
- Give product presentations to customers
- Attend tradeshows
- Travel up to 40%
