Key Responsibilities
- Participate in business process workshops, identifying opportunities for productivity and efficiency gains.
- Collaborate with business/IT teams to understand business challenges and recommend solutions.
- Assess transition to support needs ensuring integration with locally managed systems.
- Manage design, build and test of locally managed applications ensuring integration to SAP.
- Execute integration testing and regression testing.
- Support business users with data migration and preparation activities.
- Monitor performance of implemented SAP system and track KPIs.
- Conduct root-cause analysis of technical issues and implement solutions.
- Serve as liaison between IT and business stakeholders.
- Create documentation, conduct training, and provide support.
- Ensure compliance to Prysmian’s processes and protocols.
- Resolve SAP-related tickets and update ServiceNow.
- Troubleshoot digital product issues and identify workarounds.
