•Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams (hardware, software, manufacturing, quality, industrialization, planning) to drive alignment and ensure smooth progression through every NPI phase.
•Analyze project requirements in depth to build a precise understanding of technical objectives, customer expectations, and deliverables needed for a successful product launch.
•Proactively identify and mitigate risks, anticipating obstacles early and developing robust mitigation strategies to secure project timelines and product quality.
•Allocate resources intelligently, balancing priorities and capacities to maximize efficiency and ensure all project milestones are met.
•Communicate clearly and effectively with internal teams, customers, and suppliers, ensuring issues, dependencies, and solutions are understood and addressed without delay.
