Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage tactical production plans for the Production unit (incl. S&OP cycle), translate demand forecasts into actionable capacity plans
- Perform scenario planning, identify capacity bottlenecks and propose solutions (e.g. overtime, hiring, investments, demand updates)
- Manage escalations and set priorities to safeguard delivery performance and operational efficiency
- Monitor and report Production planning key performance indicators (Delivery reliability, Output, Capacity utilization, Efficiency, Availability loss, WIP, Lead time)
- Recommend and implement improvements with stakeholders to achieve KPI targets
- Support and coach Production planners in best practices and standards
