- Oversee integration approaches, design principles, and engineering methodologies.
- Align internal systems and processes with external tooling (e.g., CI/CD, event-driven systems, cloud).
- Promote a positive, respectful, and collaborative team culture.
- Act as a technical escalation point and thought leader for complex architectural topics.
