Key Responsibilities
- Build and develop customer relationships
- Drive the quotation and offer process, ensuring timely and high-quality proposals
- Manage the full commercial trajectory: from first customer engagement through to deal closure and successful handover to account management
- Develop and execute go-to-market plans and provide input for the long-term strategy of the product line
- Expand our customer base by identifying and securing new product integrations at both existing and new customers
- Keep up to date with market developments and industry trends
- Proactively identify opportunities and discuss them with customers
- Collaborate closely with colleagues across engineering, product management, operations, and account management
