•Identify market growth opportunities and build business cases to expand Circular Equipment portfolio
•Act as business owner for refurbished portfolio with end-to-end accountability for performance
•Lead introduction of Select Edition offering including strategic pricing and catalog setup
•Own product roadmap and lifecycle from concept to launch using Product Development Lifecycle Management framework
•Develop and deliver business cases, portfolio claims, and roadmap ambitions to maximize value regeneration
•Collaborate closely with CT business to align Circular Equipment strategy with broader priorities
