•Serve as a full member of the Site Leadership Team, representing digital and automation interests.
•Act as the single accountable leader for IT and OT capabilities at the site.
•Translate site business priorities into an integrated digital and automation roadmap.
•Own the site digital and automation capital and expense portfolios.
•Ensure successful delivery of programs and projects in compliance with standards.
•Drive standardization by deploying approved network platforms and solutions.
•Ensure stable, secure, and compliant operation of site digital and automation systems.
•Maintain accountability for cybersecurity, business continuity, and infrastructure reliability.
•Lead, coach, and develop site digital and automation colleagues and contract resources.
•Build strong capabilities across IT/OT convergence, automation, data, and operational technologies.
•Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and talent development.
•Serve as the primary interface between the site and the PGS Network & Automation organization.
•Collaborate with global Digital and Automation teams to accelerate value realization.
•Actively participate in network initiatives and contribute best practices across sites.
