Key Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end leadership and accountability for EHS across the Pfizer Melbourne site.
- Define, deploy, and continuously evolve the site EHS strategy.
- Establish, govern, and optimize robust EHS management systems and processes.
- Drive continuous improvement in EHS performance, including cultural and behavioral transformation.
- Lead and oversee all site EHS audits, inspections, and regulatory engagements.
- Oversee and coordinate frontline EHS activities, including site committees, training, incident investigation, and hazard identification.
- Ensure effective delivery of site health services, including medical surveillance and fitness-for-work assessments.
- Own and govern Site Business Continuity Management and oversee Crisis Management Plans.
- Lead environmental stewardship initiatives.
