•Execute partner growth plays by turning Microsoft-focused strategies into practical, repeatable actions that help partners create demand and activate customers
•Run enablement moments that matter including workshops, briefings, webinars and campaigns that strengthen partner capability and confidence
•Mobilise partner go-to-market by helping partners shape compelling offers, packages and messaging around top customer scenarios
•Guide partners through Microsoft programs and resources so they can unlock value from tooling, incentives and campaigns built to scale partner success
•Use Microsoft targeting insights to identify customer opportunities, spark new conversations, and support upsell and cross-sell motions
•Build a consistent engagement rhythm with partners and internal stakeholders to track progress, keep momentum, and improve program utilisation
•Support key lifecycle moments such as renewals and Microsoft-led calls to action, working closely with relevant Microsoft partner teams
•Continuously upskill in Microsoft AI through certifications, structured learning, and collaboration with internal and global Microsoft teams
