Key Responsibilities
- Go onsite and meet with customer analysts to understand critical questions and pain points.
- Identify relevant datasets and work with engineers to integrate data into pipelines.
- Build bespoke workflows for new user groups.
- Lead training sessions to ensure product meets user needs.
- Present results and proposals to audiences ranging from analysts to executives.
- Embed with engineering and product design teams to incorporate field insights.
- Build and deliver demos to new and existing customers.
- Scope potential engagements in new industries and locations.
