Key Responsibilities
- Define and coordinate seasonal logistical capacity requirements with cross-functional teams
- Develop seasonal logistical strategies into concrete capacity KPIs, monitor and report to management
- Lead strategic projects to enhance distribution network service levels and achieve cost reduction
- Oversee warehouse outbound KPIs across all sales channels, conducting Root Cause Analyses and implementing CAPA
- Maintain visibility of all in-transit inbound shipments using tracking systems, resolve exceptions such as customs holds
- Manage end-to-end flow of goods, coordinate cross-functionally to align logistics with demand, guarantee on-time delivery
- Lead establishment of SOPs with 3PL partner to streamline workflows and optimize service delivery
- Lead all periodic inventory processes including quarterly and annual cycle counts, investigate discrepancies
- Own logistics budget including annual planning, forecasting, expenditure tracking, and audit of 3PL invoices
