Key Responsibilities
- Advise, draft, and negotiate outbound SaaS master subscription agreements and related commercial documents
- Support sales and professional services in the APJ region
- Coordinate and align legal practices within the region and globally
- Provide legal support and respond to internal legal requests
- Partner with internal teams to ensure compliance with policies
- Build relationships with stakeholders and advise on legal risks
- Improve legal templates, policies, and processes
- Drive legal projects and contribute to go-to-market initiatives
