Key Responsibilities
- Own and govern complex program portfolios across Design Enablement and Platform Management.
- Drive DEC milestone execution, risk management, and decision transparency.
- Establish program governance structures, dashboards, and cadence for senior leadership.
- Contribute to AoP process for Design Enablement.
- Lead enablement programs for semiconductor technology platforms.
- Act as key integrator between process technology, design, IP owners, and product groups.
- Coordinate execution across distributed global teams.
- Chair global leadership forums and drive alignment.
- Partner with functional leaders and executive stakeholders to translate strategy into plans.
