Key Responsibilities
- Build and scale trigger-based account-based marketing strategy
- Own Marketing's contribution to qualified pipeline
- Design AI-agent workflows for content production, campaign setup, lead enrichment, CRM hygiene and trigger monitoring
- Work with Machine Learning Engineer to deploy and optimize agents on Weave
- Manage channel performance across LinkedIn, Google Ads, organic search and AI-search platforms
- Strengthen market positioning through thought leadership, customer cases, whitepapers and Weave AI narrative
- Own events and curated roundtables as measurable pipeline channels across Netherlands and UK
- Lead and coach the marketing team
