Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement state-of-the-art VIO and SLAM pipelines, combining inertial sensor data with monocular or stereo camera inputs.
- Develop and maintain camera models, calibration routines, and sensor synchronization pipelines across multiple hardware configurations.
- Apply optimization techniques and filtering methods to achieve robust and accurate 6-DoF pose estimation.
- Stay current with the computer vision and research landscape and assess the feasibility of integrating new techniques into Xsens products.
- Collaborate closely with hardware, firmware, and software teams to deliver end-to-end perception solutions.
