Key Responsibilities
- Build new business and develop strategic enterprise relationships in the Dutch market.
- Originate, shape and close complex transformation programs valued between €5M and €10M+.
- Act as a strategic advisor to senior stakeholders on AI-driven transformation.
- Leverage Xebia's local and global delivery centers for transformation at scale.
- Position Xebia's AI-native capabilities as strategic enablers.
- Collaborate with strategic partners including Microsoft, AWS, Google, Salesforce and Databricks.
- Own revenue, margin, delivery quality and client impact end-to-end.
