The position is on-site in Amsterdam, Netherlands, with travel for in-person sessions within the Netherlands and occasionally across Europe.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver hands-on trainings across the full Data & AI spectrum
- Guide learners through large-scale data processing and machine learning
- Teach an average 6 to 12 days per month, leading both in-person and virtual sessions
- Continuously develop own skills through collaboration with internal community
- Contribute to shaping education and delivery across Xebia Academy
- Experiment with new ideas, improving content, format, and learning experiences
- Work on technical projects once settled into the role
