Key Responsibilities

•Lead creation and execution of comprehensive Client Growth Plan
•Serve as primary representative for the client within company and industry
•Oversee end-to-end process of delivery, planning, client activation, and measurement across all markets
•Design and manage consistent client experience from onboarding to execution
•Manage client escalations, conflicts, and contract compliance
•Foster proactive culture to prioritize feedback and drive improvement based on Vantage Client Satisfaction Scores
•Map, navigate, and inspire key client stakeholders from marketing to procurement
•Upsell services and products, acting as role model for client team
•Prioritize and match client needs with resource availability and talent development across indirectly managed global teams
•Accountable for commercial performance including forecasting, scoping, staffing, and profitability

•Manage and safeguard service delivery according to client contracts
•Ensure efficient internal processes and continuous workflow optimization
