Key Responsibilities

•Interpret and apply corporate policies and EMEA employment laws to provide guidance on complex ER inquiries.
•Maintain and build out centralized EMEA database and dashboard of policies and local regulations.
•Conduct end-to-end HR investigations, gathering facts and applying policies/laws to recommend resolutions.
•Uphold data integrity by maintaining GDPR-compliant documentation and updating the regional ER case tracker.
•Use a centralized case management system to track, analyze, and report on case trends.
•Leverage AI and automation tools to modernize ER processes.
•Proactively address trend insights by partnering to deliver targeted ER training.
•Manage critical regional ER processes including severance workflow and ethics training reporting.
•Partner with internal legal departments to navigate high-risk cases.
