National Engagement Manager

Key Responsibilities

•Lead strategic engagement with CHAMP-endorsing countries and partners, tracking key decision-makers and evolving climate priorities.
•Collate outcomes and key learnings from CHAMP implementation to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, translating into high-level insights and briefings.
•Design and deliver high-level CHAMP convenings, including annual High-Level Political Dialogue and regional convenings.
•Identify and advance strategic engagement opportunities at major global forums (COPs, Climate Weeks).
•Coordinate with WRI workstreams, country offices, communications, and development team on CHAMP-related activities.
•Deliver timely responses to stakeholder requests and provide information to maximize engagement impact.
•Maintain detailed project plans and track progress using Asana.
•Support Director of Multilevel Partnerships and CHAMP Project Board with briefing documents and event trackers.
