Key Responsibilities
- Own the AI roadmap and identify where AI can automate and improve operational workflows.
- Track advances in AI agents and automation and turn them into clear product bets.
- Partner with Engineering to design and ship AI-powered features into production.
- Define agent behavior (workflows, prompts, guardrails) and handle edge cases.
- Own production quality: monitor performance, investigate failures, and improve reliability.
- Set up evaluation and feedback loops and track KPIs (time saved, accuracy, adoption, customer satisfaction).
- Partner with Engineering, Operations, and Customer Success to align priorities and deliver outcomes.
- Run ongoing discovery with internal teams and customers.
- Communicate plans, progress, and results to leadership and the wider team.
