Key Responsibilities
- Assist in determining, analyzing and providing calculations for all corporate income tax positions in Wolters Kluwer Group reporting in monthly actuals, annual report, budgets, multi-year forecasts and latest estimates
- Assist in implementation of (global) tax structures and projects to optimize the tax positions within the Group and execute tax control over administration of tax planning structures and projects
- Assist in a correct and thorough allocation of (Corporate Office) costs to Group companies and provide necessary back up TP documentation
- Assist in submission of Dutch corporate income tax returns with review of an external counsel
- Assist in managing annual return to provision process and annual tax position (status filing, audits and exposures) overviews for all legal entities within the Wolters Kluwer Group
- Assist in discussing the Dutch corporate income tax return and Dutch tax positions with Dutch tax authorities
- Assist in corporate finance projects and work together with relevant teams
- Assist in tax compliance (Master File, Local File, Total Tax Contribution, Country-by-Country Reporting, Pillar 2)
