Key Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end design for a full product or major product area
- Contribute to product visioning and long-term experience direction
- Translate business goals and user needs into clear design strategies
- Influence roadmap priorities through evidence-based insight tracking
- Ensure alignment with regulatory and accessibility standards
- Lead discovery and exploratory research for undefined or ambiguous problem spaces in collaboration with research
- Design and execute mixed-method research studies independently
- Map mental models and journey pain points across multi-role workflows
- Facilitate Jobs-to-be-Done Job Mapping sessions
- Tie research insights directly to business outcomes and product strategy
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and stakeholders in planning and decision making
- Present clear, structured recommendations to stakeholders
- Integrate Responsible AI considerations into user flows
- Apply prompting and LLM orchestration principles where relevant
- Define UX and AI evaluation metrics to measure solution effectiveness
- Ensure transparency, trust, and explainability in AI-enabled features
