Key Responsibilities

  • •Design end-to-end design for a full product or major product area
  • •Contribute to product visioning and long-term experience direction
  • •Translate business goals and user needs into clear design strategies

  • •Ensure alignment with regulatory and accessibility standards
  • •Lead discovery and exploratory research for undefined or ambiguous problem spaces in collaboration with research
  • •Design and execute mixed-method research studies independently
  • •Map mental models and journey pain points across multi-role workflows
  • •Facilitate Jobs-to-be-Done Job Mapping sessions
  • •Tie research insights directly to business outcomes and product strategy
  • •Collaborate closely with Product Managers and stakeholders in planning and decision making
  • •Present clear, structured recommendations to stakeholders
  • •Integrate Responsible AI considerations into user flows
  • •Apply prompting and LLM orchestration principles where relevant
  • •Define UX and AI evaluation metrics to measure solution effectiveness
  • •Ensure transparency, trust, and explainability in AI-enabled features
