Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and grow a portfolio of existing healthcare clients (hospitals, universities, medical institutions)
  • •Drive contract renewals and ensure high customer retention
  • •Identify and develop cross-sell and upsell opportunities (e.g. Lexidrug)
  • •Build and manage your sales pipeline, contributing to new business growth
  • •Deliver compelling value-based sales conversations with senior stakeholders
  • •Conduct regular client visits to drive customer engagement (minimum 4 touchpoints per year, including on-site visits)
  • •Analyze usage data to optimize adoption and demonstrate ROI
  • •Collaborate closely with Customer Success on onboarding, training, and customer engagement
  • •Maintain accurate activity tracking and pipeline management in Salesforce (CRM)
  • •Stay on top of market developments (including AI innovations) and translate them into customer value
