Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing healthcare clients (hospitals, universities, medical institutions)
- Drive contract renewals and ensure high customer retention
- Identify and develop cross-sell and upsell opportunities (e.g. Lexidrug)
- Build and manage your sales pipeline, contributing to new business growth
- Deliver compelling value-based sales conversations with senior stakeholders
- Conduct regular client visits to drive customer engagement (minimum 4 touchpoints per year, including on-site visits)
- Analyze usage data to optimize adoption and demonstrate ROI
- Collaborate closely with Customer Success on onboarding, training, and customer engagement
- Maintain accurate activity tracking and pipeline management in Salesforce (CRM)
- Stay on top of market developments (including AI innovations) and translate them into customer value
