Key Responsibilities
- Drive functionality of tools and services through content enrichment.
- Analyze content, including case law, to extract relevant metadata.
- Develop rules for content enrichment.
- Build and maintain dictionaries, including taxonomies, with controlled values.
- Instruct vendors and SMEs on implementing enrichment rules and coordinate their work.
- Normalize data to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Stay informed about legal developments in international arbitration and update colleagues.
- Update content within international arbitration according to editorial policy.
- Draft and edit content for social media and other news services.
- Lead GenAI activities from a content perspective.
- Participate in validation of GenAI Q&As, quality checks, and prompt engineering.
- Work closely with other departments, especially on product development and content processing.
- Advise other departments on practice area-specific workflows and practices.
- Manage projects and partners supporting content enrichment and creation.
- Ensure all administrative systems are accurately maintained.
- Provide monthly reports to manager/leadership.
