- Lead insurance claims management end-to-end
- Serve as a bridge between incident management teams, internal legal counsel, and other stakeholders
- Support transactions impacting the company in insurance and risk management
- Design and lead trainings for internal stakeholders
- Design and apply internal playbooks/guides
- Lead cross-functional risk projects
- Deliver timely and insightful risk analysis and strategic recommendations
