Key Responsibilities

•Ensure Teleport Gateways become operational and perform optimally at customers' sites.
•Design best configurations for complex energy systems with customers and team.
•Configure Teleports based on specific energy assets (solar panels, batteries, electric vehicles) and perform remote Site Acceptance Tests.
•Build strong relationships with partners and customers, translating operational needs into technical requirements.
•Troubleshoot connection issues with installers.
•Manage inventory and coordinate shipments of Teleport Gateways.
•Collaborate with Energy Systems Software Engineers to develop smart control models.
