Key Responsibilities
- Ensure Teleport Gateways become operational and perform optimally at customer sites.
- Design configurations for complex energy systems with customers and team.
- Configure Teleports based on specific energy assets and perform remote Site Acceptance Tests.
- Build strong relationships with partners and customers, translating operational needs into technical requirements.
- Troubleshoot connection issues with installers.
- Manage inventory and coordinate shipments of Teleport Gateways.
- Collaborate with Energy Systems Software Engineers to develop smart control models.
