Key Responsibilities

•Own the strategic vision and product roadmap for Wellis's internal patient platform
•Translate business goals and day-to-day needs into clear, prioritized product requirements and user stories
•Drive cross-functional alignment with Medical Operations, Pharmacy, Operations, Customer Care, Legal/Compliance, and Tech to reduce manual work and increase process efficiency
•Define and continuously improve key backend workflows such as patient intake, medical review, prescription processing, and fulfillment coordination
•Use data, platform analytics, and structured feedback loops to identify bottlenecks, quantify impact, and prioritize improvements
•Ensure platform development aligns with regulatory and security requirements (e.g., IGJ, GDPR, pharmacy compliance) and supports scaling across European markets
•Partner closely with the CTO and engineering team to balance feasibility, scalability, and speed
•Own and report on platform KPIs and communicate progress to leadership
