Key Responsibilities

  • •Promote and sell service contract solutions to existing and prospective customers.
  • •Utilize SAP to access account information and generate demand and service contract quotes.
  • •Engage customers by providing product information and asking targeted, qualifying questions.
  • •Conduct outbound customer calls to follow up on quotes, drive engagement, and close sales.
  • •Leverage data analytics and territory reports to identify prospects.
  • •Manage and prioritize a high-volume opportunity pipeline using CRM/account management tools.
  • •Track sales activity, open opportunities, and follow-up actions within TA Instruments CRM.
  • •Achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance metrics (KPIs).
  • •Build and maintain strong customer relationships through consistent communication.
