Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct outbound customer calls to follow up on quotes and close sales.
  • •Leverage data analytics and territory reports to identify prospects.
  • •Manage and prioritize a high-volume opportunity pipeline using CRM tools.
  • •Track sales activity, open opportunities, and follow-up actions within CRM.
  • •Achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance metrics (KPIs).
  • •Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
