Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell service contract solutions to existing and prospective customers.
- Utilize SAP to access account information and generate demand and service contract quotes.
- Engage customers by providing product information and asking targeted, qualifying questions.
- Conduct outbound customer calls to follow up on quotes and close sales.
- Leverage data analytics and territory reports to identify prospects.
- Manage and prioritize a high-volume opportunity pipeline using CRM tools.
- Track sales activity, open opportunities, and follow-up actions within CRM.
- Achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance metrics (KPIs).
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
