Key Responsibilities

•Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machines, technical installations, and equipment
•Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic malfunctions
•Analyze recurring technical issues and contribute to Root Cause Analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
•Advise on maintenance strategies, machine reliability, and technical optimizations
•Support the installation, testing, and commissioning of new machines and technical systems
•Maintain accurate maintenance documentation and inspection records within Ultimo
•Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Quality, HSE, and external suppliers to deliver technical solutions
•Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental procedures and actively contribute to a safe working environment
•Support the standardization of maintenance procedures and work instructions
•Act as backup for the Teamleader Maintenance when required
