Key Responsibilities

•Manage purchasing and control of consumables and packaging materials
•Run end-to-end procurement cycle with EMEA Procurement
•Create and manage purchase orders, call-offs, and framework orders (COUPA)
•Forecast demand, monitor usage, ensure availability
•Maintain stock levels, reorder points, safety stock
•Ensure order accuracy (pricing, quantities, terms)
•Support agency PO management and invoice control
•Act as main point of contact for supplier communication
•Resolve delivery issues, quality concerns, discrepancies
•Escalate risks related to safety, compliance, or service
•Support onboarding of new suppliers
•Provide input for supplier performance reviews (QBR/MBR)
•Maintain accurate supplier and pricing data
•Produce reports on spend, consumption, PO status, goods receipt
•Support Finance with invoice discrepancies and period closing
•Ensure data accuracy in COUPA and systems
•Adhere to company policies and legal requirements
•Work with approved suppliers, avoid off-contract purchasing
•Ensure compliance with contracts, SLAs, sustainability commitments
•Maintain documentation for audits
•Identify cost-saving and process improvement opportunities
•Maintain SOPs and work instructions
•Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders
•Collect and report packaging and waste data
•Support sustainability initiatives and audits
