Key Responsibilities
- Manage personnel files and draft employment contracts
- Act as first point of contact for colleagues
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes
- Write job postings and manage incoming applications
- Schedule interviews and assess culture fit
- Monitor sick leave and support managers/employees through absence management
- Liaise with occupational health service
- Organise team outings and contribute to studio culture
