•Take responsibility for the performance of suppliers within own category.
•Provide input to the Supplier Audit yearly plan.
•Follow up on SCAR's and lead Supplier Development programs.
•Release Vanderlande products at suppliers by means of PPAP.
•Solve supplier related product issues, applying 8D problem solving methods.
•Perform well planned and structured supplier audits as well as internal process audits as a lead-auditor.
•Report in a fact-based way and ability to review audit/inspection reports.
•Act as an ambassador for QA, with the ability to give presentations towards stakeholders about (process) improvements and way of working.
•Work and participate as part of a team of QA professionals and align with Vanderlande's Global Quality community.
•Work according to procedures/standards as agreed upon within Vanderlande's Global Quality community and act as a role model for colleague QA Engineers and Inspectors.
