Key Responsibilities
- Ensure safe operations and compliance with HSE standards.
- Perform and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electromechanical and control systems.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and drive continuous improvements to systems, processes and service performance.
- Act as the first point of contact for the customer, Global Service Desk and escalations during the shift.
- Provide functional leadership, coaching and technical guidance to shift team members.
- Coordinate shift activities, handovers and maintenance execution to ensure operational continuity.
- Maintain accurate maintenance administration and reporting in CMMS (Dos Maximo).
- Support escalation procedures and proactively identify potential risks and future issues.
